No sooner had I fixed the previous problem
when I received another text from mum!
I think she might need some further training.

I've just finished a system restore on her
laptop, updated all virus scanning software
and run a few test and mum's laptop looks to
be back up and running!
And, like I said yesterday, it's easy when
you know how.
