Hi everyone,
In this email I am going to give you my view on the market for today,
Tuesday the 16th of February 2010.
* Yesterdays call to BUY the EUR/USD on a breakout TRADE above
1.3632 triggered with an intra-session high of 1.3684 before
collapsing into the London session open and missing the TARGET of
1.3695 by a mere 9 PIPS but was good for up to 50 PIPS depending on
how the trade was managed.*
As I write the reversals predicted in last weeks Weekly Outlook
Newsletter, has started in the U.S. session with the first impulse
move in the dollar and to a lesser degree the EUR. Trending moves are
now expected and as if by clockwork coinciding with the latter half of
the month. This move has confirmed the presence of another Monster
Swing Trade in the works and will be forwarded for scaling in this
week to those in the Live Trading Room. We will look to further
define the Monster Swing Trade for the February to March time frame
in the next Weekly and Monthly Trading Outlook newsletters, so stay
tuned for more up-dates. The best entry for these defined swing
trades will be reserved for those in the Live Trading Room in the
meantime but I am now running a Trading Room Special of $7 for 7
days!! So dont miss more PIPS! There are a few reports to move the
markets today, some UK employment data and EU Trade Balance.
Anticipatory and reaction moves should mean greater volatility than
we have seen in the room the past few days with some big trending
moves for good measure...today should be fun! As always adjust
position size accordingly to your risk tolerance and good trading to
all.
*The swing trade for todays session is a breakout/breakdown play in
the EUR/USD. BUY the EUR/USD on a breakout TRADE ABOVE 1.3780 ONLY,
with a STOP @ 1.3765 and a TARGET of 1.3850 for about 70 PIPS&*
* OR*
*SELL on a breakdown TRADE BELOW 1.3755 ONLY with a STOP @ 1.3770 and
a TARGET of 1.3710 for about 60 PIPS.*
That's it for today. Remember that I trade in the Live Forex Trading

hour session and assessing and exploiting PIP opportunities as they
arise.
